We collect your information when you complete our online enquiry form and/or provide your contact details to our Enquiries email address or over the phone. We collect data that we obtain using cookies on our website. We may record some of the discussions we have with you on the phone after we have notified you we are doing so. The information we collect includes your name, company name, job title, address, email address, company telephone number and mobile telephone number

What we do with your information

We use your information to provide the services you have engaged us to provide. We may use your company information to check the credit history of the company. We do not credit check individuals/consumers. We may use your information to send you newsletters which provide updates on our current projects and/or invite you to networking events and seminars that may be of interest to you based on your previous contact with Glovers.

We store your information on our servers in the UK. We also store your information with our cloud service providers. We use cookies to monitor your behaviour when you are on our website including details about how you clicked through to our site and how long you spend on each of the pages on our site although we cannot identify individual users through this tracking data.
